Since I got a little too excited about my winter hat and accidentally posted about it last week, I thought I would talk about one of my other favorite winter accessories- my Sorel boots.
These boots are serious life savers when it gets cold and snowy in MN. Over the years, I always hesitated on spending a lot of money on snow boots. Last year I had a crappy pair from Payless that were on their last leg (pun intended) and then a short pair of commuter boots that are great when there is just a bit of snow, but not 6+ inches. Until the day I opened my Rue La La email and lo and behold – Sorel boots at a price that I could handle! I scooped them up and pretty much wore all winter long last year because it was so dang cold.
They came out of storage again this week with ReelFeel temps lucky to hit 10 degrees. I’m pretty sure when I was taking these photos it was about 0 ReelFeel. I seriously need to find a place to take my photos inside, because this is getting crazy!

I canNOT imagine living somewhere where you need snowboots on a daily basis! Those DO look nice and warm!
Sometimes I wonder why I do! They are great at keeping my feet warm!
Sorels are perfect for winter in Montana too. I love mine – although they are basic black and not nearly as pretty as yours! I will be adding my post tomorrow to this linkup!
