Style Perspectives: Spring Sweater

Full disclosure: I totally cheated on this prompt. The full prompt for this week is spring sweater, jeans and flats. Jeans and I don’t get along very well and I pretty much only wear boots or some sort of wedge heel with them. So either the jeans or the flats had to give. I decided to swap jeans for linen pants because I like to be comfy and they are blue, so almost jeans right? Sticking with the prompt, I wore my favorite Lands’ End drifter sweater. These sweaters are seriously the best and I want to add more colors to my collection. And then I bottomed (ha!) it off with my Sperry boat shoes.

Let us not forget this ridiculously awesome necklace. A big statement necklace that is also pearls? Pretty much sums up my loves in one item. If you are all about statement necklaces too, you need to take a look at Mirina Collections. My necklace is even on flash sale right now, but I don’t know how long it will last, so hop to it! If you miss the flash sale, you can still get 20% off your order using promo code “mirinagirls”

That necklace is so nice! I’ve contimplated linen pants but am nervous to buy. Do they wrinkle easy ? Your look is awesome !

I am seriously loving this! Looks like you should be taking a stroll to your sailboat! I mean the perfect fresh, crisp and lovely spring outfit! Talk about pearl heaven, I’m loving that necklace!

The blue is springy! In North Carolina, I tend to forget to leave out a sweater, just in case the cold comes back (and it usually does briefly). haha

I love that necklace! I love the outfit you put together too. I don’t wear linen pants, but they always look so nice and comfortable on others. I’ll have to try a pair sometime.

Definitely going to check out the drifter sweater!! This is a great look!! Reminded me that I have a pair of linen pants just like this…have to dig them out!!

I would love to fry up the oysters that those adorable, massive pearls came from. I wore white denim…are those jeans? Great look with your flats and linen pants. The beautiful of this series is we can all make the prompt ours!

You just look so cozy and polished at the same time. Which is perfect of course! LOVE that statement necklace, I’m always so hesitant to buy them but then I see bloggers rocking them and I just long for one.

The pearls are kind of a great way to go about it though because they’ll go with anything… hmmm…
